Nicholas Strausfeld and His Team May Have Found the Origin of Arachnids

Analysis of the 500-million-year-old fossil Mollisonia symmetrica by Nicholas Strausfeld and a team from the U.S. and U.K. revealed a nervous system similar to that of modern arachnids, suggesting arachnids may have originated in the sea, not on land.
