The Impact of VIP Courses on Student Confidence and Career Readiness

Researchers Martha Bhattacharya, Adriana Cimetta, Shaun Davis, and Rebecca Friesen conducted a mixed-methods study shows that student engagement in VIP (Vertically Intergrated Projects) courses resulted in: higher levels of student confidence and identidty, higher retention rates and a greater degree of career readiness.
